Dear TM,
ur cylinder is small 40 kg.
mine is 47-49 kg cylinder thats the difference. I made an adjustment of the cylinder that my speaker board does not move above. some might not even know that CNG is fitted inside. The spare wheel is infront of board (vertically) and the board has a little curve to accomodate the wheel surface which is above the board.
I got this "Faber" cylinder from Stanely house- the oldest CNG firtter in pakistan, when i was in karachi, and ofcourse lendi renzo kit.
and believe me, even if i go from GT Road, i need only one refill during the travel. ON motor way, i need twicve refill. Every refill contains like 200 -220 rs gas. so i reach around 400 Rs to Lahore on CNG (GT road is much cheaper around 300 plus).....90-95 speed is the maximum i drive, as mehran is a small car.
things to check.
1- Tune-ing
2- buy CNG from good stations to ensure the exact quantity as well as the pressure.
3- Drive around 85-95, to get the maximum fuel economy. since the fuel economy decreases at higher speeds.
Note: When i reach Behra, my CNG is almost finished (red light- 49 kg cylinder). but at Sukheki, there is 1-2 green lights depending upon the pressure.
cheers
