not really worth it if your car is either FWD or RWD since the fronts need more grip on corners (and would benefit from lower profile tyres) than the rear and it'll make the car look silly.
99.99% of cars have equal sized (height) rims on them but certain cars like the corvette have different sizes but only by 1 inch no more.
what you are suggesting woudl throw off the driving dynamics of the car and make it unpredictable to drive faster than 30-40km/h on turns.
