Last Khyber to hit the road was back in 98 or 99 (as far as i can remember). It will be available for around for no less than 260K to 270K if in good condition. Could be as low as 230K if condition not too good. Not less than that.
My Father's Mehran (Model 96) went for 140K couple of months back and it was without AC and CNG. So a 2000 Mehran with AC and cng might set you back by 200K if not more.
My suggestion would be to get the 1988 model of "Anda" Charade. It's price could vary from 170K to 200K based on the condition. This car, if you can find a clean piece, would give the maximum pleasure for your buck. Excellent pick, lots of space (more than Cultus) ultimate road grip among cars of its class. Parts are expensive, but once properly serviced doesn't give trouble for a long time.
