My Taya abbu owns a Liana automatic 2007. the vehicle has just been driven 600km. No CNG installed till now. Since the very delievery of the vehicle, there were many quality related issues, some of which i remember are enumerated below:-
1. Washer motor missing
2. ABS unit not secured properly and was almost hanging. one of its attaching screw was missing and the other one was so loose that it could be unscrewed with hand.
3. Brake lights non functional
4. Almost half of the electrical fuzes were of local 'desi' origin.
5. The AC fuze almost melted when the AC was run for the very first time for no longer than an hour.
the list goes on and on... the thing which has shocked me is rust on the brake disks. I dont think its normal.. the vehicle has remained in constant use. it is used daily between rwp and isb. please have a look at the following pictures and offer ur comments.

i wonder if there is any department by the name of "Quality Control" in the Suzuki plant. they are just making fools out of us. now i know why Liana price was reduced while other compatitors were increasing prices. the brake disks seem to be locally developed. what should we do? go to suzuki dealership or just clean away the rust? now i know why suzuki walas say LIANA " Life in a new Age"
