Since I passed in US, I wouldnt know where to get the fee info + papers.
My best suggestion is to get at least 2 good books. Hit them hard. If you have a spare router (2 to be good) available, get your hands dirty with it. Just passing the exam wont get you the knowledge.
When I passed this exam, I was doing heavy duty Cisco stuff at work, but still books help.
Currenly, I am involved in Remote computing technologies such as Citrix.
