Prices of everything are fluctuating by the minute. Why do you want such a comparison in the first place?
The other thing is people like to stick to one brand, so they don't know much about the options they have.
For mehran, you can local (unbranded), Osaka, Guard, Qaim, Nitco, Leppon, PS (genuine Suzuki), Unique and VIC oil filters in at least two sizes. People who want power buy the bigger one because of less back pressure on the fuel pump there is better pickup. I prefer small filter because smaller bottle of oil can be used, which is cheaper.
Same parts also confuse you. E.g. VIC C110 and VIC C239 are the same size and same cost, then why do they have a different part number? I've tried both, to my approximation, both perform the same.
Many parts are interchangeable. The same filter size can be used for fx, mehran, cultus, alto and starlet. Each car can accept different filters of different brand names, sizes etc.
For air filter there are guard, qaim, PS (genuine) and nitco. There are so many options.
There are so many options. Every one has different life and performance charateristics. Every one has a different effect on your engine's life.
Why don't you just ask 'should I buy X or Y'?
Likewise the parts market is also very diverse. You can get genuine, local made (both branded and unbranded), chinese (both branded and unbranded), taiwanese, korean, indonesian, malaysian, japanese and german.
Everything again has a different life and performance parameters, and the effects to your existing configuration differ.
You can buy either gas or oil shock absorbers. Some companies make both types. You can buy asbestos, leather, carbon or steel filing brake pads. Some companies make all types. Even for engine foundations or other rubber bushes, there are dozens of brands which have different vibration absorption, life, thermal degradation and also different brand name and country of origin.
The market is full of thousands of types of parts oe every sort for every car.
You can buy a spark plug (single) for 50 rupees and for as much as 700 rupees per head. (Multiply by the number your car requires). The life and engine performance, consumption and ride quality are of course different.
You can buy a plug wire set for any car for as little as 250 rupees and as much as 3000 rupees. Both have same performance but different life.
There are thousands of options out there. Why don't you just try for yourself? Or contact companies for catalogues. Just go window-shopping in a parts market and you'll understand 1) how naive your question is, and 2) how difficult it is to shop for parts.
Or of you're interested you can fund a student thesis in the automotive dept of NED University. I can surely check out if they're ready for such a project.
