Brother you have made a mistake by buying a suzuki efi with company fitted CNG.
it has many problem in it.
and the dilemma is that you can not get fixed the problem any where else but only of suzuki workshops......... where they have the laptop to be attached with the car.
the laptop contains software from landiranzo which is used to fix problems in suzuki.
but another dilemma is .........that it doest not always fix the problem
i have the suzuki cultus with efi and company fitted ac cng.
i have faced 2 major problems in the car
1) car turns of on CNG when you press clutch.
this is called advancer problem. go to a good cng workshop of suzuki where they have a laptop and proper trained person. they will solve the issue.
2) car turn of when converts on cng.
it can be due to weak relay . they add cutout with the kit and it works.
my car got the two problems. i tried to fixed them. they were fixed but occured again.
the petrol expense of this car is also too much. every time car is started on patrol whether the engine is hot or not. every time it is started on petrol and takes 1.5 minutes to convert. specially if you are having any one of the above problems....your petrol tanky will be finished very soon. as the car will be started again and again.
so after having an experience of more then a year i converted my car cng into manual system.
got an efi swith of landiranzo=1300 rupees
wiring=200 rupess
electric mechanic=300 rupees
power t=200 rupees
and now my cultus is manual for CNG.
and i can fix it from any cng workshop or mechanic.
the mechanic should be experienced in converting the cultus system into manual system. if you will ask the suzuki workshop workers to do the same , they will no do it. (kiun k if they changed into manual , you will not go to them again and again , and they will not able to charge you again and again.)
i suggest you the same soloution. suzuki company is fitting quality compromised material. and soon you will be tired of fixing the car again and again due to cng probelm.
