But 'hazaron khwahishain aisi ke har khwahish pe dam niklay' .... I plan to re sell after about 2-3 years max and buy Honda City zero meter Insh Allah if I manage to save enough money. and then I will keep that thing , by Allah's grace, for as long as I can.

    A few questions ...
where do you get it tuned/checked/oil change etc ?
    which oil ?
Did you check/change the CVT oil ? do you know which CVT oil can be put and how much it costs ?
Also can we get its original filters oil + air here in lahore ? what's the cost ?

any other things or advice you wana give me to make my mind to risk my investment on resale loss in this car ?

You can get it tuned by any good workshop and you don't need to that more often and oil filter and air filter genuine isn't available same like other imported cars but you can get the good quality alternatives in the market...

Oil is recommended by Mitsubishi is 0W-20 fully synthetic or 5W-20 fully synthetic...

In my opinion Mirage is way better than 660cc Mira or any other 660cc cars...

@hello123 .. I don't think it'll make a significant difference. Also we'll have to check if the upsizing is within recommended diameter/circumference range

Even a difference of an inch in height is welcome keeping in view the idiotically built speed breakers. Hopefully this difference wont disturb anything in car performance & mechanicals

Most experts don't recommend more than 2% difference and this is exceeding that limit. Personally I wouldn't go for it

    Dear Doctor Sahib!

What I perfectly Remember that the first one @PW who bought HONDA Vezel was you & at that Time I was kind of worried & I asked you a Question that " This Car is currently very Rare on the Roads, have you done your research in Local Market?" But who knew that Currently Their are Sooo Many Vezels Roaming on the roads of Lahore

& Now for MITSUBISHI Mirage, which is also Currently Rare on the Roads of Lahore, as per my close observation, I hope the Same as Vezel!

& Please do share your Research on current status of Mirage in Pakistan! I would Love to hear it from you!

@Skt_Z4 .. thank you so much for the kind words and great memory sir I had almost forgotten our lil conversion from back then
Well yes, vezel was a calculated risk but it made sense to me mainly due to its value for money at first. I mean zero meter or nearly zero meter JDM vehicles were so much out of reach that 1.8 L gasoline versions were slowly on the decline. And then the success of prius worldwide and in Pakistan was a great indicator. Hybrids were the future and honda offered something that just struck me the moment I saw her
Coming to mirage, yes again the primary factor is value for money. I mean as a package and with modern features more than Vitz, one can get a 2012 top of the line mirage of 4.5 A grade well under 1.1 million bucks. Now that's almost 2 lac less than Vitz and 1 lac less than passo for the same models . It has excellent fuel mileage and exterior/interior is pretty decent. What else in Pakistan do we have in this price range for a 1000cc complete car?? Cultus or local wagon r are the only two options so you can see what I mean. Karachi is the first to take lead on mirage. Lots roaming there. And hopefully can make some sort of presence in other cities as well.
InshAllah will write my personal review next month.

    @drzac

Nice car. First the car in the intro post(1st post) does not have the push start..I hope you got the right car on the way.

Second, I am planing to import a 1 liter car next month inshallah...I seriously gave this car a thought as it simply saves you 300K over a Toyota Vitz, and checked it out thoroughly on a showroom near my house...I have the following reservations...

    1. The rear seat is damn uncomfortable. The cushion on it is thin and feels like it is sitting on top of a wooden plank. Serious lack of thigh support and compromised leg room, even if I compare it to a Mira or Move...

    2. The boot is small and you cannot put a decent size suitcase in it...

    3. If you look at it, you straight away figure out that it is designed to do only one thing well and that is to cut thru air...

Though I have not finalized my ride yet, either its gona be a Vitz or maybe Mirage but the equation is tilted towards Vitz even if I have to pay 300K more...and yes now you do get the start stop function on Vitz as well

Anyways will wait for your car to arrive and hopefully after reading your review(credible) will decide....

@hsumbal1 ... first of all thanks for your feedback. The car in the post is the correct, in case you missed out, I did mention getting base S package and I have mentioned which features only M/G have.
Secondly, I've also sat on the rear seats of Vitz, passo and mirage and yes Vitz takes the slight lead but in no way deserves the excessive price tag imo. The boot space is pretty similar in all three. The start stop function in Vitz makes the particular version even more expensive.
InshAllah as per my knowledge, ill try to give my unbiased personal review next month

I know this might compromise the expected excellent mileage figures of Mirage, but just can't live without nice shoes AlhamdoLillah, Lenso Samurai Azura 15 inch for her.
