Default Good Lancer mechanic in ISB/RWP

I have this 2006 Lancer... A quack of a mechanic examined it and suggested me to have its throttle body cleaned. I went for what he suggested and since then I'm having troubles with my car. Some times it so happens that my car doesn't accelerate when I hit the gas. It used to work well at all the times. But, now, I face trouble accelerating at times.

I want an experienced and knowledgeable person to examine the car. The mechanic you refer should've good experience in isolating and fixing the issue I'm facing with my ride. I'm in ISB and therefore would want someone in ISB or RWP to have a look at my car. Thanking you in anticipation.

No replies...? Does it mean that there are no good mechanics of Lancer?

Remove the intake pipe, tell someone to manage the accelerator while the car is off. If the throttle plate moves fine and doesnt move like it's sticky or something then I can't say what could be wrong. The person managing the accelerator must do 0-100% throttle just like you would do in a race instantly and vice versa to check for the throttle plate movement. This is your first step in diagnosing the problem. Im contemplating a sticky throttle body, maybe your ustaad cleaned it with kerosene but oiled it later!

An ECU reset is needed after throttle cleaning. Hope it's done.
After a reset, car will behave different in the start and will get smoother with driving...

ECU has been reset a number of times... Car did improve a lot through reseting of its computer. But, still occasionally it behaves like I described in my original post... It's annoying. I want to get car examined...

Lancer is fine without a reset it doesn't have the new kind of throttle body which only the dealership can clean.
