i think u can do this on bikes.....but for this u need manny things (e.g. penture kit, extra tube, extra tyre, fuel in container, a mechanic etc etc. ) if u can manage these things then u can go anywhere on bikes

You haven't mentioned your location, so it's difficult to suggest a time-line.

Its more than a week from now, the exact road conditions will be known only when you get there, and plan accordingly.

You can go to Naran, not sure if you can make to Saif-ul-Maluk on bikes. Don't take any risk on ice.

Road to Battakundi will be open, but you may have to hike to Lalazar. Its 3 kms by road and shorter by trek.

Shogran is accessible. Siri and Paye may be accessible on bike, again its better to hike if there is ice on the road.

You can go to Sharan for a day visit. Hotel is not available there, a rest house and youth hostel are there but are not for public. From Sharan you can go towards Musa ka Musalla Peak.

no problem on bikes for saifulmaluk, its all ok if jeeps are reaching saifulmaluk than for sure you can also bike up there depending upon ur biking skills.... 100CC can make it easily but only the rider. it wont allow 2nd one on seat.

Darkwalker suggested you right. why dont u try neeleum side...

if starting from islamabad you can have this route for 5 days....

day 1: reach shogran, siri paey drive to paey is subjected to snow and ur courage(i have been biked up to paey its really classical drive in 2006)
day 2: reach sharan forests, (from parus cross the river ask any local to guide you the way to sharan, it is finest hardwood forest in pakistan)camp there
day 3: reach naran and further to saifulmaluk (depending upon ur biking skills and physical conditions) camp there or come down
day 4: roam ahead naran anywhere... you can go to lalazar, to batakandi or simply drive till the snow line comes and back to naran
day 5: start your bike and get back to islamabad.

A TIP: trust your biking skills but never trust 100% on ur bike.... always calculate the risk factor and than move ahead. ice on track can be deadly..... safty first....
