Entry Fee for Shangrilla is Rs 200/- per person...

And regarding the Motel and resort info, since we were short of time and so much indulged in the beauty of the place that we didn't bothered about that...

But asked from one of the guests staying there... and he told us that the rent is from 5K -- 15 K depending upon the room size and services/facilities provided...

Actually they are using multiple sources of power generation... that's why in whole of Gilgit/Baltistan province, there is hardly any load shedding seen...

Almost the average expense was 1200-1500 per day per person:

- Pait Pooja: 500-800 /-
3:- Mobile/Camera Battery how you managed?
I was carrying extra pair of battery for every gadget i was carrying and particularly for this trip i preferred to carry as less as i could so i was left with 1 mobile and 1 camera...

As for charging, i had portable car chargers for mobile and camera (got it form Nisbat Road Lahore) and i got a car charger port installed on my bike connected directly to the battery that helped me in charging my stuff...

Whereas Imran Bhatti installed a 12 V DC to 220 V AC inverter in his bike and managed to use the regular chargers for his gadgets...
4:-How many clothes did you take? Were they enough or short?
- 1 body warmer (more than enough)
4:-How many clothes did you take? Were they enough or short?
- 1 body warmer (more than enough)
- 3-4 casual shirts
- 3-4 polo shirts
- 4 pair of trousers.
- 6 pair of socks
- Undergarments as much as you like...
- 1 Towel.
- 1 Jacket. (Actually it was a protection jacket made of cordura with removable protection guards, could be used as a regular jacket with polyester lining but due to warm weather in most of our travel, that feature was hardly used once or twice...)

They were almost enough but considering the road conditions and dust they were a bit less... so it would have been much better if at least i was carrying a minimum of 1 pair of each stuff...
5:-Technical support in case of Bike failure Puncher etc?
Was carrying puncture kits, spare tyre and a tube for worst case... in case of bike breakdown, each one of us was a little bit technical and knows his bikes pros and cons so was able to manage it to the nearest town/city... and from there a proper mechanic take over the bike and fix it properly...
6:- Any security issues you faced?
NONE...

Infact in Nagar valley we parked our bikes for a day with our stuff and left for Attabad lake and returned next and and our stuff and bikes were untouched... (but that was all thanks to the locals as we asked them to take care of our stuff... and they are pretty honest people... but don't ever leave your stuff without handing over to any person...)

I agree with you that... there is still many many development required in those areas... but this time when we went there, though the electricity was coming from WAPDA channels, but they are now mostly shifted to their own power generation plants and are not mainly dependent on core wapda resources... WAPDA is there for mostly bill collection and maintenance stuff...

May be my information is not that correct... but still a lot more needs to be done in those areas... and on top priority, the Attabad lake should be drained out to resume the land route...
