We were not alone. Many others joined us. The only difference was we returned back to Balakot for night stay and try our luck the next day. They stayed there.

While we were returning new land slide had blocked our way. Bikes squeezed out however it was difficult for vehicular traffic.

After the 2005 earth quake it was a large rumour that all the city has been destroyed but only one building was left. and the tremors after that had no impact on it. It belonged to a pious mad who did not give the building to any barber who would shave beard. And all the shops on nominal rent. This was the building. And would you believe that apart from minor cracks the structure walls , windows all were intact.

We stayed in that building for that night. the hotels name was Hotel Surrenty.

Finally we decided to go back. as we did not have enough time left to wait for the land slide to be cleared. We followed the same route from which we came and passed through Garhi Habibullah for Muzaffarabad.

Can any one explain this picture,
    Just a wild guess?
    All those who see this,

Il post further pics to elaborate but after a little bit guessing,

Yes you are absolutely right. Garhi Habibullah is a small city mostly situated in KPK but a small portion comes in AJK as well. River Kunhar after completing its journey from the beautiful Kaghan Valley enters Garhi Habibullah. While passing through the city we just stopped there to take a 5 min rest.

Where we stopped, we thought it to be an under construction site for shops or a small road along side road. But as we went to its back side it was a horror. This was a house roof top situated on the bank of river Kunhar. Flood came from the near by mountains and brought a lot of Khaka with it. And filled the houses with it. the people could not get out.

Rest all the pictures will tell
