    @khanomar,

    Sir g ,i have an update on ur trip.As i understood u r planning to visit deosai via chilm chowki side. just to let u know the bara pani bridge in deosai is still broken broken.
    2ndly,if u r planning to stay at night near sheosar lake then U need some heavy duty warm clothing coz it's quite cold up there this time.My guide is suggested me not to stay overnight near lake.
    Qaiser Pal,I have not failed.But found 1 of 10,000 ways which doesn't work.....Toyota driver "I couldn't repair my brakes,so i made my horn louder"..When i was born i was so surprised that i didn't talked to one and half year..since light travel faster then sound,people appear bright until you hear them speak..If u can't convince them,confuse them

    Thanks Imtishal for your update. Please let me know about the different tent hotels that spring out in the season. Our group would be travelling on bikes in freezing conditions at babusay and khanjerab so hopefully we shall be prepared.

    Monsoon is about to hit Pakistan and according to experts very heavy rains are expected this year......By the time we leave i.e 17 July, monsoon will be at its peak (hopefully) and so the danger of more landslides...
    we should be prepared for this too.
    Regards.

    Very rightly said that monsoons have started and we might encounter occasional landslides. It might be a problem for those who are planning to travel on Corollas or Civics but not for those travelling on two wheels or those lucky enough to be on a Mini Pajero.

    The same monsoons also bring the greenery and flowers which add enormously to the beauty and charm of that area, a bit like jewellery on a lovely maiden.

    @khanomar Boss,I dont have any update on the tent hotels.coz i have got my own tent.Will ask my guide and let u know in a day or so.

    I woould suggest u to instead of paying for the tents and stuff..Buy one urself,and share.The one i got is water proof and can easily accomodate 4 ppl,costed me Rs 6.5k or Rs 1600 /person,which is quite less compared the amount which each of us would have to pay for hotel stay during the such trips.Plus one can always re-use it on upcoming trips.
