SNGPL's shutdown of stations during the daytime is illegal. According to the Ministry of Petroleum's letter to the Managing Director of SNGPL (attached to this post) the shutdown of CNG goes against the decision of the cabinet on this issue. This letter was issued yesterday by the Director General of the Gas Directorate in the Ministry of Petroleum, Mr Mansoor Muzaffar Ali. So why is SNGPL going against the Govt of Pakistan's decision? I don't know, do any of you?
