i shouldnt put in 1 gear unitel the car stops or going slow like 2-5 km.
I warned you, still it's good to hear that it's only the clutch and not the whole setup (pressure plate & thrust bearing)

i have questions. if u are going fast like more then 30-40 km. Is it okay to press clutch. even if your not going to change the gear. and when you turn off the car and park the car. is it okay to pump the brakes.
You can depress the clutch at any speed, just remember that when you lift off the pedal to reactivate the gear you should raise the engine RPM depending on how much engine braking you want (if any).
It's never good to do that since you are pressurising the lines, still on most power brake systems you are limited to how much you can press the brakes (1-3 times) and then they become impossible to press. once you start the car the lines will adjust the pressure, but it does put a load on your mastercylinder.
