Bike prices of Japanese brands rise
The Japanese brand bike makers in Pakistan have increased their prices with effect from 1st April, 2008.
Price of Honda CD-70cc has been revised upward to Rs50,900 from Rs49,990, CD-100 to Rs60,900 from Rs59,990, Honda CG-125 to Rs70,900 from Rs69,900 and the price of CG-125 Deluxe increased to Rs76,900 from Rs75,990.
Pak Suzuki Motor Company Ltd., increased the price by Rs1,000 on all its models and the new prices are being charged for Suzuki Shogun @ Rs60,800, Sprinter Rs55,800, Sprinter Eco Rs50,800, GS-125 Rs63,800, GS-150 Rs69,800 and Shogun (Deleted) Rs57,350.
Similarly, Dawood Yamaha Limited asked its dealers to start recovering on account of registration, PSQCA marking fee, freight and forwarding charges. Its new retail prices for YB-100 Royale is Rs57,100, YD-100 Junoon Rs63,600 and YD-100 Yama-4 is fixed at Rs61,350, which were previously being charged at the rate of Rs55,500, 62,000 and 59,800 respectively.
