    Default Appropriate Engine for 1988 Nissan Sunny

    I have a 1988 Nissan sunny and i want to swap some powerful engine into it. original nissan engines are underpowered. my car is 1.0 litre version. i am myself interested to put a 5AFE (toyota engine) for more power but i dont know whether it would be a good choice or not. can anybody suggest which engine should i choose for optimum performance, weight, balance and fitting etc. economy is not big issue.

    Sir try to find the Nissan GA15S or GA15E, they are 85PS and 97PS respectively with a lot more torque then the 1.0L.

    The GA15S is an electronic carb while the GA15E is EFI.

    Regards

    @ysrcutoo<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_2460746", true); </SCRIPT>

    They were available with both 5 speed M/T and 4 speed A/T with O/D, lesser models were equipped with a 3 speed A/T, stay away from it.

    You can find it in kabar, try Bilal Gunj
