Thread: Nissan sunny B11 with 1000cc swap project

    Default Nissan sunny B11 with 1000cc swap project

    I'm currently Swapping a Nissan b11 of Mr Mobeen from rawalpindi.
    The swap has been started from Monday 21-3-16 and will be inshallah finished on Wednesday 23-3-16.

    We have installed Installed QG18de wire driven engine. The swap is bolt on.
    And I'll start from the coming out of the older engine, which was blowing oil out, and was having smoke issues too with fuel economy of 6-7km/L.

    So with this QG18de the average would be around 12-13km/L
    On local.

    @star2 bro thing is I'm myself a very busy person and i take projects and take money from people for the swaps. I never took a single rupee from him, and helped him alot, even i was the one who was spending money on my mechanics for food, for chaye just because i had a good gupshup with him. He had a gear with smaller bore my mechanic told me that this won't work with this high torque engine so i suggested him for a bigger bore. And mushtaq gave him the bigger bore that was from Ga and it worked good with this QG18de e throttle.
    And @star2 bro he is openly threating me here as if I've taken his money and gave him a faulty or a cheap engine.

    So you also know that people like mushtaq can easily fool anyone, he could have given him the same bore. And even one more thing due to me, mushtaq gave him a discount of 4k rupees. And mushtaq doesn't gives anyone engine less than 40k. Meri wajha se he gave him on his bargained price. And these people don't deserve free ki. Naikian.

    Its okay, it happens in matters like this. By the way, Mushtaq do this thing wrong in my understanding. QG18DE original manual tranny comes, but its very rare. GA one does the purpose, but it is surely not built for QG18DE. But it is also the responsibility of buyer as well. The one who purchase engine, I think Mushtaq tell him that tranny is from GA because mostly QGs come in auto and auto ki wiring nai karni aati idher logon ko.

    JDM QG18 comes with RS5F70A tranny which is its original manual tranny but mostly QG18 here are auto then they are mated with GA gear and sold as manual.

    Yes thing is mushtaq never explains anything unnecessarily. He completes the package of QG18de with Ga's tranny.
    And you're right he hardly has QG18de in manual it's very rare.
    He will be at fault when we'll ask him for QG18de genuine transmission and doesn't gives us that, that time he'll be cheating us. But he is a islami kinda person he never cheats. If you yourself don't have a knowledge of anything then it's very wrong to accuse someone else for this.

    Yes ahmed, exactly you're right. People don't have a clue about anything and they've never done research on these things. Now people get cheated in mithu khan alot. They go for cheap swaps and you all know swap being done in mithu khaan are like engine andar daalo aur jao kinda swaps.

    Now the b11 i worked on, for which I've created this post.
    It had a e10 engine and he took from sanab gul and he cheated him, gave him a repaired engine. So he was very worried. The mounts frames were in very bad shape and Clutch plate was worn out and much more. The quality i gave him was like the b11 came genuine in QG18de. There isn't a single vibration, engine is smooth. Acceleration is good. Everything is in good shape. He was very happy with everything. So reason telling you is kay ap logun kay sath naiki karen toh burray hain aur jo mithu khan mein choona lagatay hain phir woh theek rehjatay hain aisun kay sath.

    Those guys selling engines in mithu khan themselves even donot know which one is QG18 own gear and which is GA15 gear, 90% QG18 are auto and they are mated with GA15 gear but some 10% are manual QG18.

    Btw @star2 I've been experiencing a very worst issue In my own b11.
    My QG18de feels like loosing power.
    I've replaced
    Coils, plugs, coolant sensor, maf, fuel rail, fuel pump.
    But whenever i throttle the car the car immediately picks from 1000rpm to 4000rpm and then beyond that it goes slightly slower. And it was very good it used to spin wheels as soon as i used to throttle from idle. My mechanic has found out that it's bad valve seals, and valve seats of 2number cylinder intake are a bit loose and exhaust one are abit tight.
    What do you guys suggest shall i do?

    I would advise compression test.

    Check compression of the engine, and then output of the fuel pump.
