I would suggest you check out the CIA in the States , that is the Culinary Institute of America.
IMI in Switzerland , they have both hotel management and culinary courses.
If you're looking to be a chef then don't even think of finding an "institute" over here , it would be better to try and get an internship in a hotel's kitchen but eventually you should definitely go to Europe or the States for more formal training.
I can say this as i am pursuing a career in the hospitality industry myself. Btw , do be prepared to work long hours on your feet. The kitchen is a grueling environment , be sure you are dedicated to this field 100% or you will not succeed.
