we have commission based jobs like:
sellings of insurance
banks jobs
telecom industry.
call centers etc etc
in which a sales person gets commision (rewards & incentive) on the accomplishment of his target. suppose we take telecom industry.
sales person of ZONG:
target: if he successfully convinces 10 people to convert their network to ZONG, he gets a comission of 20,000.
what does he do: he go in he market and purchases 10 sims other than zong and give them to his friends, and convert them to ZONG, he gets 20,000 commision after few days, as we know that conversion charges are RS. 0. he converts those number to original network and then he converts the same numbers to ZONG again, and gets a commision seond time and he keeps the same process going on, making his commision and cheating his employer.
what are ur suggestions how to make "our reward system" effective and stop such bogus sales and bogus conversions.
