First of all there is nothing like spot reduction you cant start doing sit up crunches etc and be thinking you can reduce fat from your belly
And cutting or dropping your body fat are kitchen department as the famouse saying goes Abs are made in the kitchen
If you think heritik didnt cheated your wrong that dudes is pumped by t2 and bcca and they have proper trainers
start by going to the gym and do a couple of weight lifting programs so you can build some muscles (They help in fat lose)
and jog after the gym for 30min
lose the sweet-tooth
eat clean eat healthy try opting for organic stuff rather then fizzy drinks or over low stander cooking oil
its not your fault that you have a fat belly blame it on Pakistani salt it has a high number sulphur contants
Have a good breakfast and dont starve your self (as one genius said above) when starved body goes into starvation mode and insted of fat it opts for the more ready and protine filled muscle mass try having apple of water they suppress hunger
And mostly people confuses hunger with being thirsty when ever you feel hungry try some water
