All the people who are saying CGPA matters the most are quite mistaken.
In the job market out there most don't even want to know what CGPA you scored in your university, it is just for your personal contentment, i know people who are working in MNCs for as good as 100,000+ basic and have an average CGPA, 2.6, 2.7; and then i also know people who have a 4.0 and still looking for a job. What matters these days is the complete package, organizations do not want book worms who can't think out of the box, who can't communicate well and most importantly lack teamwork skills.
You HAVE to gel well with the other gender, because when you'd start working most emphasis would be on team work and in most good companies here and abroad there is a good mix of girls in the team, so you need to get over your fear of not talking to them, what would you do if there is a female taking your interview, would you flaunt your CGPA as a response to all her questions?; just act casual, usually you'd get case studies to solve in MBA, talk to them about those, talk to them about work and how you'd want to make the presentations and stuff, you'd get along well.
