All those who do crash dieting and actually cut down completely on fats, oil, sugar etc.. pls note that according to the latest research, if u cut down completely on these fatty things.. the crave for them builds up in ur body... then after u end ur dieiting, u go to a roller coater ride towards weight gain! and u end up gaining more weight in the end, then what u initially strated with!! Yes...
In USA they dont recommend dieting anymore for weight loss!! Very obese people who were at the risk of dying, actually did die eventually when after dieting they went back to normal eating routine, gainned more weight than before and.. . . .
