In any point of life I always believe in the saying
Trust God but tie your camel to the post before going to sleep.
fitting it in this scenario yeilds that carrying the milk from the animal to the "hold" should be in a place where such theft cannot be practiced (e.g. a closed facility or similar) - if you are making do under a hut and shade tree then you are already at mistake 1.
I can quote you a business example I saw here in Houston, a desi businessman opened up a car repair/tire sale point, He had zero experience in this trade but was adamtant that all businesses are just bookkeeping.
He was fully relying on his mechanics skill and comptetance, He once mentioned to me of a peculiar problem with a toyota 3MZ-FE in a sienna minivan which has been in the shop for a week now and would become a dead job as something screwed up (van originally came in for a T belt change)
The engine was only firing on 3 cylinders, the left bank was dead, no compression too. I offered to take a look and had them remove the plastics and verify belt timing, then I removed the VVT solenoids, one's resistance was out of spec. Both were replaced with known good ones. The engine was back to working order 100%.
New solenoids ordered and installed - all working good - (It was a mere co-incidence that the solenoids failed at that time)
What Im trying to say is that the owner was about to lose money because he had no idea what to look for or what to do as his mechanics limit was reached also. The mechanic was reading the scanner which said - catalytic converter bad, O2 sensors were too rich, misfire detected on left bank.. It never shows VVT failure like that.
what was happening is that because the timing went so out of whack that fuel was being dumped raw into the exhaust and igniting in the cat - no activity in bank was causing misfire code and raw fuel was blinding the O2 sensors. Im not saying that the mechanic was a moron or anything but in times like this having experience helps out.
Get all your ducks in a row before jumping in any business. Or more mathematically, know all 60 minutes of at least the first 180 degrees. If you are relying heavily on workers then the tail is wagging the dog, while infact the dog should wag the tail
