Investing in property has been an important part of most Pakistanis investment strategy (including overseas Pakistanis). This thread will hopefully be populated by expert wisdom pertaining to property investment opportunities. This can include legacy assets such as DHA (1-3 phases), Model Town, and Bahria Town. Additionally, plots in new phases of DHA, Bahria Town, smaller societies on Multan Rd such as DHA EME, Sukh Chaein, and other high growth properties.
It will be great if everyone includes the price range as well as any other associate fees.
Also, can someone give the ratio between a marla and kanal?
