Well, You mean to say that you have got the laptop thru bank alfalah HR but internet services of Wateen are not provided to your father and its been a month now???
In this case:
1 - Ask for Mr Usman Khaloon's cell number from Bank Alfalah HR.. It is also mentioned in the email that was sent to all the employees.
2 - Call 111-365-111 with the following information: CSAF No. that was provided to your father at the time of subscribtion, Customer Name, Customer Address, Callback Number, Cheque / Cash payment mode with amount, cheque number & date of purchase.
So that i can be investigated with concerned department.
Hope to provide you earliest solution.
