how long has it been since u have been taking proteins? and since u know nothing about medicine i will tell you one thing
for the past 100 years medical research has made some marvels, but also a lot of bad medicine. to stop that the established countries of the world made up regulations and bodies of scientists to determine which drug is good and which is bad.
nowadays the rule of thumb is to have stuff which is approved by the american FDA, the french authority on drugs and the british authority.
when u pick up your big box or whey protein it says very specifically that WHATEVER IS IN THE BOX HAS NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE FDA or whatever body is available in whereever its been made.
2ndly, if i gave u a pill and did not tell you what it contained, would u eat it? or would u throw it away?
u take 3 scoops of whey protein a day and u take creatine every day when u work out... do u know the long term affects for these drugs? sure u would look awesome now but what about after u take them for a good 4-5 years?
creatine will screw up your kidneys so bad u have no idea... ask anyy nephrologist.
and whey protein?? are u going to a competition?? have u ever read what is on the ingredients label??
just because you have a body and are kind of proud of it dosent mean that you should take supplements and encourage use of supplements to other people.
what if on your encouragement this person took weight gainers which on average have 90 MG of cholesterol per scoop! khudanakhasta if he has a heart attack who will be responsible for it.
do u see any doctors online who will tell you to take this or that medicine unregulated...
think about what u put in your body man! and for your information. i have body builded all my life. i weigh 80 kilos, my arms measure 15.6 inches and i am NOT fat and I am not lean but its all NATURAL!.
