Would go for Lexus.
Mercedez seems like they are a decade behind Lexus. Looking at the headlamps of Mercedez, you can see same type of inner round lens type of bulb were used by Lexus in its 1995 ES300, that was over 11 years ago. Plus Mercedez people are still using the headlamp washers, you can see those little squares under headlamps, something Lexus used to offer 10 years ago but has quit making, probably due to discarding that option as thing of the past.
Lexus, uses body panel under the body of the car and inside the hood to make the car quieter. How revolutionary is that. Imagine whole car being covered with steel or plastic covers all over, just to make it more aerodynamic.
Who would have known it, unless you lift the car up and see it from under, you will see just one straight sheet of metal, to reduce the wind noise from under the body. That is advance research. Mover over Europeans, Mercedez is old news now. Lexus is on the cutting edge of technology.
Long live ASIA.
