Default CNG & Petrol Consumption - Chevrolet Joy

    Hello,

I have a chevrolet joy 2007. The CNG consumption with a full cyclinder (fills in Rs. 350 approx) is 75-80 km. I think that its on a lower side. Should be doing 100. What you guys think. Also looking for a good CNG mechanic for Joy near DHA for adjustment. Kindly help me out

Also, the petrol consumption is too high - roughly 9km/liter. What should I do?

    Thanks for the help

In FF 40 KG cylinder when I drive it... it does 100-110 easily but if my route is via canal road... otherwise its like 90-100 and without A/C ... with full time A/C its like 70 - 90 depending upon the route..
Joy is in use of my Dad and it gives 80 to 90 without A/C to him...

This car is not good on CNG pickup wise... otherwise It can easily touches 140 on CNG... and the average is not bad considering 40 KG FF cylinder in it...

Regarding Patrol consumption and CNG settings....

Patrol average is same as you've mentioned 9 to 10 KM/L (bad but its like that)

CNG settings even Authorised Dealers ... (Sama Motors on jail road) and the big showroom/workshop on mintgomery road....They don't even touch CNG settings as they don't have any mechanic who can adjust it properly so they refer someone in Mazung or any other place near Shimla pahari...

And when you go to anyother mechanic they say that settings are all ok .. this car can't do better then this...

So I guess we'll have to live with this performance ...
