Default ((((((( REVO OWNERS CLUB )))))))

Hi! This forum is for Revo owners and staff, dealers and management of Adam Motors. This is different from Revo Fan Club. I'm starting this to discuss good'n'bad experiences and problems, if any, being faced by Revo owners with a very positive frame of mind. I would also like people to suggest practical, realistic and viable solutions to address these problems. We want to support Revo & Adam motors, that is why we bought and are driving Revo but in return we expect Adam motors to listen to us, provide us efficient after sale service and embark upon a continuous improvement path. I look forward to a healthy, positive and productive discussion.

very good idea..now members will discus all pros n cons of this product..i was in pakistan last month and i was surprised when i saw Revo Parked next to my door..atually one of my neigbours bought it..he has some concerns regarding the seats and fuel pipe as he has to replace it fter 1500 kms..driveabilty and engine is sound..I would recomend ADAm should initate FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)and Relaibilty analysis on exterior non-moving parts also..Overall he rated it satisfacory comparing to Alto or cuore.

Thanks guys for your support. I had my Revo's first 1000 kms service yesterday. The good thing was that there were people from AMC along with the Dealer's staff and were very competent and helpful. I shared the following problems:
Hard steering, Horn problem, moisture in one of the headlights, RPM adjustment, etc
Most of the problems were solved; they promised to replace the headlight but couldn't do anything for steering. As per them it gets smoother gradually.

    Some other feed back:
A UAE Co has aquired equity (45/50 %)
    Steering is being changed.
Improving quality of interior, meter, rubber parts, etc
    Price may increase by 20k.
Production of 1000 cc might stop.
Enhanced attention to customer's problems and feedback.

I feel, we need to trust the 'TATA inspired' CEO of AMC, Mr Feroz Khan. As a businessman, he wants to do 'business' and earn money but on top of it he wants to provide an affordable, comfortable, safe and durable car to a typical lower/middle class Pakistani family. I hope our trust is not shattered.

I'm thinking of buying Revo 800. Need feedback from Revo owners regarding its drive as compaire to Mehran and Coure. What about Revo's breakes and suspension? Does anyone of you have driven Revo in mountain area like Muree etc? Availabilty of Parts in Islamabad?
