Default Mercedes: HID or Philips Extreme

    Hi
I recently purchased a Mercedes 1997 model. One of the previous owners had changed the lights to DEPO halogen projecters. The left side has Narva bulb h7 55 watt while right side is Philips h7 55watt. Low and high beams are separate.

These are the pictures taken from cell phone
    High Beam
Mercedes HID or Philips Extreme -1141860
    Low Beam
Mercedes HID or Philips Extreme -1141861

The light is ok but not very good.

I am thinking of upgrade to
    1. HIDs temperature of 4300k for low beams only (are HIDs of 4300k legal in Pakistan meaning no challan)
    2. Philips Extreme Vision 55watts bulb

My primary aim is to increase the light and see better. I am not interesting in blinding other drivers. Sometimes the drivers coming from other side have turned on high beam and you cannot see the road.

What would be a better option?

Bro 4300k hid's have no chalan on them but getting hold of a pair is very difficult and expensive unless you get some of your known persons to get it from abroad. I am currently using Philips Extreme Vision and the result is actually far better than atleast OEM's. So in either way both of your choices are okay and am pretty sure that they are going to satisfy you.

Bro both are good options but i think you need to adjust your headlamps. They are low from their actual point i think. 1st get your lghts alligned and then think about other options.

Lodhi bhai, 1st show pic of what headlight previous owner install? if your MB is w202 then 97 w202s has improved headlights then 94-96, better is install genuine Bosch headlights set (used available from pindi) then install H7 6000k Hid, (mine also), result will brilliant.
