People are getting distracted by the lack of features which have been provided by Dewan as 'options' - which are never a bad thing. Imagine the scenario where Dewan had just launched this car with auto, leather, cruise control, rear view cam and some other features coming as standard (with no options) and the car was priced at 50 lacs. It's good that Dewan has given consumers choices, some of which are highly recommended. In 46.5 lacs you can get an auto X1 with leather and cruise control. Rest whether you want to take or not depends on how much you want to invest further in your car.
Not much comparison with Vezel, which is after all a Japanese made car and Honda itself is no match for BMW's brand value. German technology and a global auto giant available in Pak in around 5 million is a bargain.
Better to take all recommended and exclusive options to really enjoy this car in almost the same price one pays for Toyota Fortuner. Or if someone wants to enjoy owning a Beamer at a budget, he has the option to buy the basic manual car at 4 million - which is, to put things in perspective, just 10 lacs more than another Turbo engine of the locally assembled Civic X.
