    @israr_x
    u should go through the fiat uno club
    even a brand new fiat engine would be noisy.

    Dude, do hell with what people have to say. Every diesel engine is noisy. My friends keeping fiat for last 4.5 years. His car has done almost 300,000 Kms and the engine doesnt seem to be needing an overhaul in the near future. It has a very strong engine that can sustain our road and climate conditions.
    Keep a look on spares avaiability though, but it hardly ever creates trouble.

    The car is diffreent for most pakistani mechanics and they end up messing one thing or another. If you keep the regular maintenance (from a knowledgeable trusy mechanic) its as good as any ther diesel car.

    Actually raja motors faced problems with establishing plant on time and parts were lying with them for quiet some time. Some cars had problems with rubber parts but not major ones. Apart from that is mostly attributable to our mechanics and parts prices. People exect same proces as those for low quality suzuki parts with 12 varieties but this is not possible for UNO

    every logical, value for money, internationally proven car is a flop here in pakistan...

    fuel is so expensive.,, CNg is a heck, if not tuning wise then definately availability wise...where do u go....u go to diesel...but we wont accept economical ,efficient, logical and powerful european hatchs... how smart are we?

    I know people have had problems with fiat engines but i cannot agree about the comfort part. Its very good when it comes to comfort and space. Perfect balance struck by europeans. Cultus, santro have horrible rear seats but just sit in a fiat to see what it has to offer

    90% of Pakistani mechanics are not certified. Imagine going to a uncertified Doctor. I agree with Spectra
    Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
