then bro you really have to invent it :), manuals do give you "approximate" and "expected" digits about how better the bike you purchased can perform, but it does not guarantee that it is going to do that right out of the box.
One has to tune its vehicle according to his requirements, thats why there is a maintenance cycle called "tuning".

CG 125 will be your best bet if you want a life with cheap spares part and pocket full of mechanics in every street
Storm 125 if new will not bother you for 3/4 year if maintained properly, but body wear and tear in accidents will cost you seriously high.
