    dostoon main app sub logon ki ray lana chata hun is bike k baray main keun k suna to bohat hai is bike k baray main but kuch log khatay hai k ya bike achi nahi hai soo mane shocha k keun na app sub ki ray li jahay is bike k baray main ........ soo plzz post karay appni ray k kya is bike ka engine honga k mukabalay ka hai jis thataan farz karay k aagir honga ka engine 5 years k bad banana parta hai to kaheen is ka engine 2 years main to nahi banana paray ga n is ki body honda k mukabalay main mazboot hai k nahi n mane ya b suna hai k ya bike box main pack aati hai or maliq khud is ka box open karta hai to kya ya sahi baat hai?

    yar aik question hai kal calim centre waley ne tunning kar d thi oil b change kar liya tha at 350 kms , so still have to complete running or not? coz tunning and oil change to ho gia hai....

    why did he tune the bike on just 350km?? that is too earlier?
    he should have just cleaned the filter

    that dumb claim centre mechanic did that, i was there for rpm meter claim he did tunnning coz he tested bike and said its missing in start and yes its almost a month from its purchase date, a day more and the servce card will be expired, man he was too nerd and dheeeet and done the tunning thing.... and he said ab bike ko ap kaisey b chalao koi running ka scene nai... i was confused but then i thought aik dafe meter marnay ki koshish to karni chiye, then i opened full throttle today morning and bike goes at 115- 120 km/h and it seems like bike could do more but it wasn't, needle was stuck there and had to slow down..... well aware of all that running period and limitations that tunning thing has pushed me to open the throttle...

    yar silver knife bhai sahab ap ne baray ravi k repair k NUSKHAY btaye hain, meri piaggio ka bhi koi ilaj bta do.... missin in the start of acceleration probably bike goes off .....

    Those are based on experience, i havent faced any problem like that. But following may be problems:

    1. Have you checked the fuel mixture? Is plug fine? Means brownish?

    2. I suppose carb is cleaned by now

    3. There's fuel cleaner at the bottom of tank, Have you cleaned it? Most probably that must be filled with dust etc

    well surely it is based on experience but my bike seriously needs some good attention,
    plug was changed from local to japan made, fuel mixture not checked... kal tunning hoi hai yar carb mechanic ne clean nahi ki , he just leaked it, and fuel cleaner, aik month hoa hai yar aik dafa petol dulwaya hai, this prblem lies from the 2nd day of purchase.

    yar aik to is k carb k mujhay nut b confusing lagtay hain, i never played with carb of bikes, once i tried something with yamaha carb and it was all messed up....

    Dont go to Ravi Piaggio Mechanic's 99% of them are dumb and they just start showing there efficency, The bike is assembled in pakistan so there's big issue of quality control. Kindly check the plug and if possible post the pic, and clean fuel filter it wont take more than 10 mins. Here is a small guide.

    all ready read your thread, and ab to meray baap ki tobah kabhi na jaon ravi k service centre.... will post the pic of plug tomorrow , yar wesay plug change krtay waqt mujhay koi difference feel nai hoa tha, it was all same missing thing, i am thinking of 2nd early tunnig by some specialist of 125 as vicky told me, baki 120 krnay ka mazaa agya aaj.....

    Thats great.. . I feel that air-fuel mixture is bad. That can be assesed by plug condition

    Limited engine speeds or RPM: OHV engines have more valvetrain moving parts, thus more valvetrain inertia and mass, as a result they suffer more easily from valve "float", and may exhibit a tendency for the pushrods, if improperly designed, to flex or snap at high engine speeds. Therefore, OHV engine designs cannot revolve ("rev") at engine speeds as high as OHC[1] Modern OHV engines are usually limited to about 6,000 to 8,000 revolutions per minute (rpm) in production cars, and 9,000 rpm to 10,500 rpm in racing applications

    or may be the meter has some problem ? is the metere needle only down or you feel that the speed has also decreased ?

    there may be a problem (which was in my heavy bike too) is that the engine starts consuming fuel faster then the carburator is recieving from fuel tank in slim petrol pipes at that high RPM and chokes out when it carb gets completly empty... so I had to replace my old fuel gauge in GS 500E with a suzuki sprinter Fuel Gauge to have fuel in fat pipes to both carburators..


    now you can investigate I hope ... if you ride with friend on back seat do make a video....

    probably this can be the reason, i have some where read your's piaggio or cherry's piaggio goes to 130 km/h , how it goes there??? and what is the max speed u have acheived in ur bike...?
