regarding to your third question i dont know about other bikes but my engine is absolutly fine. the life of engine also depends upon how you complete the running of your bike.

The one that you are talking abt is yet another method of engine breaking and the one posted here is something different and now coming towards thae point.
For this method you are telling you need a long clear straight road patch and no need to accelerate in 1st gear. Then when u are in 2nd,3rd or even 4th gear accelerate your bike hard about 8000-9000 rpm after accelering leave your throttle a bit about one to two seconds n do this again.Practice this for atleast 10 to 15 times at that time.I would rather prefer you to apply the method posted above it will be good.

    Ok here you go
This running method requires hard accelerating and as well as hard braking.Ok when you start your bike warm your engine.I mean to say that kuch dair tk khari bike thori race detay rahain takay engine garam hojaye phr bike ko chalayen.Ok when you are in 2nd gear start accelerating your bike hard and change the gears in that manner and remember the writer who have written this post says that you dont need to go above 104 km/h.Also apply your bike brakes hard and also keep an eye on the traffic behind you when you apply. This is what you have to do.Simple is that.

Dear leaving the accelerator is only when you are on a clear road(no traffic or negligible).Otherwise always foot brakes will be applied

    1. which oil should i use for running and afterwards. So that engine would be perfect and healthy?
Castrol Gtx,Total quartz 5000,Caltex Havoline. These three are good brands you can use any of them and change your engine oil after 500km
