    1. Rear tyre changed to 100/90 Dunlop
    2. HID installed
    3. Charade ignition coil with iridium tiped plug
    4. Studs sportster for touring
    5. Handle changed to AHL Deluxe raised handle
    6. Mirror indicators

    Major locations covered so far:

Karachi, Uthal, Hingol, Kund Malir, Quetta, Ziarat, Islamabad, Neelum Valley, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Chistian.

And bike still going good, although the fat tyre has forced bike to consume oil on long runs but its till performing good.

Ohh yeah.....about the sound you people are talking about.... it might be actually coming from the Euro II unit. Same happend with me and I was confused as anything. Then I realized that the annoying sound was coming from the Euro II unit and got it changed after making a claim. You guys might wanna check that and also if the sound is coming from the fuel tank, you can check if the two nuts of the tank under the seat are properly tight and also if the tank jacks are set properly inside the designated place close to the chasis number.

completed 700KM of running.. and doing running as suggested by cherry .. iam keeping rpm below 7500 in every gear..

    iam doing gear shifting as

    1st gear = 6000 rpm
    2nd gear = 7000 rpm
    3rd gear = 7500 rpm
    4th gear = 7500 rpm
    5th gear = below 7500 rpm

iam feeling power in bike now.. especially in 4th gear.. 5th gear is not doing much.. it slowly climbs

The top gear is the weekest and it is supposed to act that way. It WILL climb slow. No need to worry. Thats the way this bike is.....If you let it slowly climb and not be aggressive on the throttle in the 5th gear, it will surely give u a good top speed but to achieve that you really have to have a 5km patch of road to ur disposal after u shift in the 5th gear.

If you are rude to the throttle in the 5th gear, you will end up burning the fuel way more rapidly and not getting the desired response from the engine.

asjdm is right. Check the bulb itself. One point might have stopped working. If the light is too bright then it means that the breaklight spring close to the rear break pedal needs attention. You also might need to check the click button of the disk break at the disk break lever which is also connected to the rear light.

    @ Cheery.

I Checked the foot brake is working. but the hand brake lever doesn't makes the light to glow more..

Previous night i was coming home from squash court.. the time was around 10.35 and i was damn late so i accelerated bike .. while near hospital (CMH) i gave the bipper that iam in a rush and in speed so dont cross the road.. the family stopped.. i was around 80km/h suddenly two teenage girls start crossing the road.. i was damn close and on 80 km/h .. i applied front and rear break simultaneously.. it was very close.. but i decelerated and stopped touching my front tire to the leg of that ___ girl. it was a very close call.. i decelerated in 100 M range from 80 to 0. then i came to know that the family is pathan.. and i asked the father and insulted him for the foolishness that his daughter's did...

Thanks to the disk brake and tire grip.. i made it.. hats of to RAVI

Thank ALLAH, HE kept you safe. Always drive safely. Always drive as if all the others on the road have no eyes.
The click button for the front disk break lever might have some wiring issues. Get that checked from Ravi dealership.
The same type of incident that happend to you, has happend to me as well. I was going on the main blvd at around 1am at night. All of a sudden a biker took a Uturn from nowhere and came right in front of me. That prince did not even had a headlight on. I was also close to 100km/h and was able to bring the bike to a standstill in about a 100 meters, touching the guy's rear foot rest with my tyre. The stupid guy had actually stopped dead infront of me. ALLAH saved me because of the disk brake. It is a very useful thing to have but should be operated carefully. It takes no time to throw you upside down if used the wrong way.

This is what I had suggested. Did you try this? I had mentioned that the 5th gear is the weekest of all. So you should upshift to the 5th gear as soon as u touch 90km/h. After that let the 5th gear work.
