    MashAllah! Nice purchase bro!
    Allah mubarik kary!

Running is a simple thing.. Drive at max. 50Km/hr in 5th gear. Do not rev hard.. change first oil at 300Km and afterwards keep changing at 1000Kms. Use Caltex havoline.
And also purchase some car wax.. and keep ur bike waxed.. ax atleast once in 2 weeks.

    cheers, enjoy the ride!

Yes.. do not rev hard in each gear and in top gear ur speed shud be around 50km/hr max.
1st gear.. Soft throttle upto 10Km/hr
    2nd gear upto 20
    3rd upto 30
    4th upto 40
    And 5th upto 50

    thats what im talking ebt..

Keep ur hand a bit soft at this point.. after 500kms u can be a lil bit experimental but dnt miss treat her or over rev her too much.. jus ocassionaly u can b a bit careless! but at the point be as gentle as u can!

And ur bike also has a fuel filter.. beneath the petrol tank i can see in the pics.. Do get it cleaned at the tuning time and replace if needed! chao!

Well as far as I know Ravi is short in the market because the Italian parts of Storm were stuck at Karachi dryport for 4 months now recently they have arrived at their factory in Lahore and they are struggling to meet demand in the Punjab where ,according to them, everyone is jumping up and down to have a storm125

running is not to drive on low revs, its to vary revs
i mean accelerate and decelerate continuously on 3rd and 4th gear... low rpms wont enable rings to sit down properly and u wont actually get power out of the bike... me n my frnd did this on his new 125 and it just responds awesomely now..so dont baby ur engine, accelerate slow in 1st and second gear and then 3rd and 4th gear, rev it hard, not VERY hard but enough hard and then leave accelerator at once, repeat this, and get oil change at 250-300 kms for first oil..u can search for HOW TO BREAK IN ENGINE on google and most wud say rev it hard on later gears than to drive it on low revs all day!

U knw Its sorta funny when ppl say i tried this way and the result was awesome! Lol.. :>

Bhai? Apny at a moment kini bikes k sath diffrent process try kiye thy? And un men se is method ka result sab se acha aya? :> Lol...
Aik e bike le thi apne? wo thek chal rai a.. so very good! Bt how can u say its due to ur super genius science?

Neva mind.. bhaiya baat ye hai k itna khunna koi b nai hota, Nai bike per har ksi ka dil karta ha saaf road nazar aye tou thora bht bhaga k dekh liya jae! And traffic ka gussa b bike pe nikalta hota hai, and jaldi jab ho tab bhi bey ehtiyati ho jati hoti hai.. so no need to mention this... K tez chalao and engine break karwao! speacially not at all in forst 300-500Kms!! A big no!

let him aim for pampering the bike, Tbi atleast ruin nai kary ga wo.. and kabhi kabar he tez karay ga... and it wud b enough for the rings to adjust.

Running is not for the engine rings to set.. its primarily for the whole engine to smoothen and polish it self at a harmless speed! Where the engine remains at a normal temp. so soft throttle is just the right advise!

More over.. traffic men khudi brake lagti hai and speed vary hojati hai.. ab koi applied for bike pe GT road pe to jata nai? Bike tab damage hoti hai jab constant 1hr + aik he speed pe chalae jao! And im pretty sure hes nt gona do this naturally!

    @ poster

Bhai jese marzi warm karo... but reving the bike too much on idle is never advisable.. ur bike shud nt vibrate madly and the noise shudnt be teasing to ur ears if u rev it on idle... warm the bike by softly reving and then drive. Simple.
U can leave her start 5 min if u have time.. but asal men bike jab chalti hai tabi sai se warm hoti hai.. and engine oil circulate karta ha aur garam hota hai... so shuru men 5min ehtiyat se chalani chahye, jhatkay se gear change na karen, Rpm ko properly down any den etc...

Bhai jese marzi warm karo... but reving the bike too much on idle is never advisable.. ur bike shud nt vibrate madly and the noise shudnt be teasing to ur ears if u rev it on idle... warm the bike by softly reving and then drive. Simple.
U can leave her start 5 min if u have time.. but asal men bike jab chalti hai tabi sai se warm hoti hai.. and engine oil circulate karta ha aur garam hota hai... so shuru men 5min ehtiyat se chalani chahye, jhatkay se gear change na karen, Rpm ko properly down any den etc...

bhai u seriously are old school...ask XULIFIQAR,expert on cars and bikes about how to break in the engine...grwo out of old techniques sir! its just about time to actually learn new things..i can share u the links if u want to! and yes tht was the first new bike my frnd had so yes i only did this on his bike, but ive my car's engine redone 3 years back n did the same for breaking in,and its running perfectly mashallah... u actually need to search it dude... point is break in of engine is done in between 20 minutes to an hour tops... so wat i was tryin to say was to drive on hi and low revs in thie period and then drive calmly and get oil changed at 250-300 kms as the engine will shed off small parts as it breaks in!

im quoting a site's few lines,HOPE IT OPENS UP UR EYES

"Because of the wind resistance, you don't need to use higher gears like you would on a dyno machine. The main thing is to load the engine by opening the throttle hard in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear.

Realistically, you won't be able to do full throttle runs even in 2nd gear on most bikes without exceeding 65 mph / 104 kph. The best method is to alternate between short bursts of hard acceleration and deceleration. You don't have to go over 65 mph / 104 kph to properly load the rings. Also, make sure that you're not being followed by another bike or car when you decelerate, most drivers won't expect that you'll suddenly slow down, and we don't want
anyone to get hit from behind !!"

Super cool! Kiss on ur both cheeks! cute baby.. now u know?? Its for super bikes! Not for 1970s, 1980s technology old bikes! 70ccs, 100ccs & 125ccs
Buddy no matter what.. im still not convinced! cheer up though! relax!
Its a public forum and every bodys has different opinions...

The thing common between us.. that we all are different!
    So relax!

    P.S. A FACT..
Forget ebt foreign forums and bikes.. u dnt get a S H I T close to them.. theyr alot better.. EFi bikes, mostly water cooled and made to precision and perfection...
Drive a japan import corolla and a local Cow rolla and ud understand why they say developed countries are 100 years ahead of us!
600cc + bikes are a norm there... people buy bikes for fun and speed! Bikes are more expensive there than an avg. car! And getting a bike's license is hell of a though job than a car.!
so.... i guess im still right..
If ud read their forums... ur gona get same answers from speed junkies!
Though u can perfectly have ur own views!
