    You will only get it from dealer, approach dealer and ask for manual it comes with bike, Or i can send you the photocopy if you have real badluck finding one

    also one more thing that now my bile doesn't start without pulling the choke in the morning, so it it normal.?

    No, Its not normal. Your carb settings are badly tempered and you need to adjust the mixture, my bike starts in first self no matter how cold is it or how hot it it, and its been year and more than 10k kilometers, but i faced problems when i went to "Self Proclaimed Ustad's'

    ok i will also contact some good mechanic tomorrow to fix these issues. as there was no problem in self start and after the so called tuning i am facing all these problems, as the mechanic also look like an Usdad.. and he badly tuned everything.

    Try contacting your friends and asking them about mechanics, Usually there's nothing complicating about tuning, you just need to find a right person who knows how to approach problem. Try finding Good Atlas Honda Cg125 mechanic, the engine is almost same. And he will tune it properly

    thats exactly the reason why its not getting off to its maximum speeds.... its a direct indicator of two propblems combined, first tappets are not in rythm with firing (need to tune them from some mechnic who actually focus and give attention to tuning mostly specially service center mechnic tune tappets like idiots) 2nd problem carb need its jets adjested (as SK said mixture setting)
    ... smart devil has been around good mechnics in lahore as he has done major upgrades and modification he can guide to a good mechnic ( I hope ) I live in out skirts of lahore (muridke / shahdara) so mosltly I do maintainace my self (can you imagine I didnt got tuned my bike for a year now) I just change oil clean filter and thats it....

    beleive me, on moin khan event last weekend.... I joined 7thgear and PBC (Pakistan Bikers Club) buddies and I met umair who owns a 2009 Storm and it was almost knew from every single aspect... but his carb was also badly tuned and bike was unable to start and he was amazed to my bike which is far less in looks and outlook but was half self start becuase of good Carb setting,.. and still my rings piston are loose and clutch plates are also not healthy but I can achieve 100KMH in no time happyly... it all depends on carb and tappets...

    many thanks Vicky bro, sure i will contact you and meet you, you are right that the mechanic was dump, he is just the so called authorized warranty mechanic. and he made that mess with my new bike. which is starting in half self and now its doesn't start with kick and self without pulling choke. so i will contact you tomorrow. and hopefully i will visit you..

    Salam Brothers need help with a few things.


    got a piaggio last month from a friend he was not riding it that much so i bought it from him. have some minor issues i need to address.

    the carburetor on my bike is changed as it is KEIHIN one and not the orignal. Can i get the orignal. does it make any differnence.
    and the clutch adjustment. the gear changes are not smooth.

    If the carb is in good shape, just get it tuned by some expert, no matter if its orignal or chinese, if its in good shape it rolls!

    Clutch goes bad mostly due to cloging of dust and lubricant in the clutch cable get it throughly cleaned or install a new cable, its hardly 100Rs cable .. then clutch will be smooth.

    the carb is working fine just checking if the orignal and the one i hav installed (KeiHin of cg 125) are any differnt.

    wil change the cable and inform how it goes.
