    First ALL MOTOR SETUP in Karachi on a motor bike

    Hv installed wisecohi compression alluminium - forged piston 61mm - 13mm pin

    All motor experts help needed -380301

    hi performance racing cam shaft

    All motor experts help needed -380302

    Hi performance 55mm stroker crank

    All motor experts help needed -380303

    cylinder stud kit

    All motor experts help needed -380304

    hv installed titanium valve springs retainer

    bigger intake and exhaust valve
    30mm intake valve
    24.5 exhaust valve
    5mm valve stem

    ceramic coating alluminium cylinder

    kitaco oil pump kit

    racing CDI with harness

    Hv installed silver head gaskit 1mm

    but the problem is tht i cant control its knocking increase head gaskit size to 1.5mm but no result then 1.75mm find result so thought knocking is dere becuase of lean fuel so increase the fuel by havng bigger jets first the jet size was 92 then installed 104.. knocking ends in 1st and 2nd gear in 3rd it do little knocking and in 4th when accelarate it it starts knocking..

    Help advice required plz

    here is my previous setup but now done this setup to a ALL MOTOR

    this setup was with cast piston and silver cylinder wd orignal crank of 150cc

    Piston size was
    54mm
    13mm pin size

    @spoon motors
    bhae jaldi uth kar rply dein yesh all motor on a CD-70

    Ignition timing is controled by a CDI unit... The CDI which i have Is a fully digital Stage 3 CDI unit. It has 1.65 Degree advance limit and + 800 - 1100 rpm... becuase in these bikes the engine is runing on fixed timing. Only Current timing varies and depends upon CDI UNIT.

    And for adding more fuel... i m already using carburetor of CG-350

    Hv also changed the DRIVETRAIN PARTS

    6 Disc Clutch kit with KEVLAR REINFORCED CLUTCH DISC for decreasing the final drive ratios


    Transmission also changed
    Old ratios were
    1st-3.272, 2nd-1.937, 3rd-1.350, 4th-1.043

    new ratios are
    1st-2.623, 2nd-1.937, 3rd- 1.437, 4th- 1.300

    Gear shafts are also changed to Nickel Alloy CHP BILLET shafts

    First of all i want to make it clear kay yay engine CD 70 ka nahein hai... i hv swapped an engine of a 150cc DIRT bike in it like people swap B16, H22, etc

    so now its a different story

    it doesnt knock while cruisng on constant rpm lkn jaisy he we gv accelerator it starts knocking... in 1st till 2nd gear knocking bht kum hai lkn from 3rd to 4th gear knocking bht ajati hai Fuel lean and thick sab kar kay dekh liya lkn no result head gaskit .75 say 2mm tak laga kar dekh li thora farq aaya lkn not accurate

    bro try reducing your timing i dont know how your bike engines work but 1.65degrees or 1000degrees timing should vary depending on engine speed and load and it should be variable try using a step colder plugs

    change the carburetor altogether , which has more space in the float section,or adjust the float level to the maxium, dont' think this carburetor, serves the purpose, needs more and constant flow at high speed, at present its getting starved, also look into the exhaust.....if still no chang than let me know here .will not be available after 12 till 18 march

    bike runing fit till 2nd gear means PICK ACCELERATION is extra ordinary lkn in 3rd it starts knocking and in 4th gear end up in knocking i chckd out the piston condition it dont get any cieze or sum line or a hair line chckd out the head its all ok Valve spring + rocker all are ok... but cant figure out sum one said kay install a electronic fuel pump in ur bike is that will work ??? i got one LANCER electronic fuel pump vl it surve me ???

    uptill now wht i end up wd the conclusion is she needs rich fuel but aint getting tht as when i changed the jets it improved alot following the threads of N20 and starletgt i chnged up the head gaskits but not find results

    yar hv changed the carbeuretor to KEHIN 2 stroke KE 175 wd SUZUKI GP 100 intake manifold still no results Ke-175 got more space in floating section have also retire advance the pulsar timing still no results in knocking hv searched alot on internet the carbeurator thy are gvng wd dis SETUP are wd d SPECS. of CG200 same same jet sizes + SLIDE PIN

    colder plugs means m using DENSO IRIDIUM IY24 8mm and 10mm tip iridium plug wht u suggest.. yar these are COLD plugs comparing to platinum as they got high melting points around 1100 or 1200 F

    yar for exhaust m using WOLKSWAGON BRAZIL CYLINCER TIP wd Honda S110 Exhaust manifold i find sum better results

    Exhaust which i used for reults but found no results

    CG125 Genuine Exhaust then customise it

    CD-200 exhaust no results

    CM250 no results

    GT550 exhaust is mein bike ka pressure hi ni araa tha

    Abhi text parha hai tumhara.
    Seriously yaar mujhe is alteration ke baaray main kuch nahi pata.
    Never been into such kind of mods with bikes so cant debate much on this topic.
    BTW Im still suprised on your level of mods.
    Will be waiting for the pictures of the after market items installed.
    One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.
