    First ALL MOTOR SETUP in Karachi on a motor bike

    Hv installed wisecohi compression alluminium - forged piston 61mm - 13mm pin

    All motor experts help needed -380301

    hi performance racing cam shaft

    All motor experts help needed -380302

    Hi performance 55mm stroker crank

    All motor experts help needed -380303

    cylinder stud kit

    All motor experts help needed -380304

    hv installed titanium valve springs retainer

    bigger intake and exhaust valve
    30mm intake valve
    24.5 exhaust valve
    5mm valve stem

    ceramic coating alluminium cylinder

    kitaco oil pump kit

    Hv installed silver head gaskit 1mm

    but the problem is tht i cant control its knocking increase head gaskit size to 1.5mm but no result then 1.75mm find result so thought knocking is dere becuase of lean fuel so increase the fuel by havng bigger jets first the jet size was 92 then installed 104.. knocking ends in 1st and 2nd gear in 3rd it do little knocking and in 4th when accelarate it it starts knocking..

    Help advice required plz

    ap bolo to mein 62mm ka bhi piston dikha sakta hun 13mm ki pin size par lkn bhai 58mm ka piston chalany kay liyay bara cylinder chahyay aur STRUTS apni jaga say hilanay party hain as 70 ka engine Bore 56 hota hai to 58 kaisy lay kar jaao *** andar phr ur crank wont be tht sufficent to handle the compression of the piston, so wdout crank using big pistons arnt a gud decisn

    tabai ha .. DOHC .. uffffffffffff .. yar kabi 2/3 wheels ka bhi chakar laga lia karo .. our haaaan meray inn massooom sawalon ka bhi koi jawab tho do ... hhahaaa

    and what carb is good i have horrible experince with crown lifan carb (cd 70 wala ) thats very poor carb ..

    and ya jo bend/pipe laga ha carb our head ka beech ma ... iss ka inner dia kitna ha ? does it matches with carb opening ? did u drilled it or stock suzuki gp 100 fit ho jatha ha ?

    and one suggestion .. have u tried velocity stack with ur carb ?
    as ur carb is not having the filter so its mouth is not profiled for max air intake .. try velocity stake .. laikin custom banwana paray ga ..

    and please do visit 2/3 wheels section .. please ..

    oh one buddy who just recently made his bike under ur auspiciousness and posted a thread about that bike has just vanished form teh scen .. plese tell me to do visit that thread and that 3 wheels section .. i will search his name /thread if u forgot him ..

    i have a E22 stock head on it . plz tell me if it is good or worse for altering ? or it is a good or bad head performence wise ? just asking as it was discussed above .

    you need a bigger carb, 4 valve heads breathe quite a lot.

    E22 is not 4v .
    its small.

    bro need to know something..

    i need a piston that is at least 52.4mm (or greater upto 54mm) and with 13mm gudgeon pin .. or wrist pin AND with domed top .. which bikes piston can fit this spec ?

    i am using one 52.4mm with 13mm wrist pin but its flat top piston and is not making enought compression .. its hardly making 8.5 :1 static compression .. its used in united 100cc bike (which is 110cc class bike)

    i want to increase compression .. how to do it ?

    the closest match that i found is a suzuki sprinter 110 piston which is 53.5mm piston with good top profile for awesome compression ratio but its wrist pin is 14mm ...

    is there a way to install a piston of 14mm wrist pin in con rod having 13mm small end hole ?

    or is there any con rod what is same length as that used in chondas 78 with 14mm small end ? though suzuki sprinter small end is 14mm but i dont konw if it fits in chondas or not .. also i think the suzuki stroke is 48.8mm wheareas chondas stroke is 49.5mm .. so it will be short in length ? any idea ?


    also is the con rod of 125 same in length and big end size as that of chonda 78 ? as both are using same stroke .. 49.5mm ?

    yahan lahore men there are few mechnics unsay ye spare parts mil jatay hain ... yuo live in pindi ahve you met omer85 ? If you did you can ask him to contact chitta denters shope guy ... (the one who runs saram biker group) he sure can help you sourcing spares for altered bikes .. hope fully at reasonable price.


    If you ask me how I do? then fracnkly i dont give a damn to any mechnic because alteration is more a hobby I dont alter for heavy racing or wheelies I do it for fun and in order to assemble engine I do it my self with a friends help who is good at assembling engines (he worfs at suzuki) and i usuaally wander misri shah in quad bikes to source spare parts.. on weekends. bilal ganj has very less spares availabel for such kind of mods.

    Beside I am llooking forward to test import some items directly from China.
