    Default hero rf 70 help required

    guys my o8 hero rf 70 with 25k kms on clock is letting me down after i used it like yb100
    iits heating up a wiered cam sound from head and it stops after being heavy mechanic says the oil jali is closed and we need a new cam n rockers. my question to 70 cc experts is that how can i juice more power from the 70cc engine. m numb in 4s so i need opinion of u guys
    @asjsdm the carb is pz22 tell me about some mods

    thread updated
    @asjsdm
    i went to mechanic n we opened up the head cylinder. it was a o.o setup totally stock. piston had completed its life. it was worn out totally . cam was also damaged , also rockers and 1 valve ( bigger one ) is totalled. i havw made a list and i ll buy parts today . /50 mm ISH ring piston set , cam , valves , valves seels , rockers , oil jali , half jain kit side jain kit etc . i also inteent to change timing chain . hope for the best . mechanic is saying he will make an altration in valves for more pick . i ll buy stuff from mumtaz autos and update the thread .

    ok .. mumtaz is also ok .. if u are buying anything honda janyan then i will prefer mohamdi ..

    hope it comes out ok ..

    ya these are the things which almost every overhaul needs .. hope u dont need to open the crankcase and do something to the con rod ...etc and at worst replace that ..


    and one thing very important .. when u use the head gasket (jo cylinder our head ka bech ma lagthi ha .. ) and base gasket (jo cylinder ka base ma case ka sath lagthi ha ..) .. use the thinnest possible gasket ..

    aik fully metalic gasket athi ha .. jo janyan honda ki hothi ha .. never use that .. that will f ur compression ratio .. use the fibr one .. it is approx 1mm or less then that in thickness . jo metalic hothi ha jis ma kafi sari metalic plates hothi hain .. wo dikna ma aala lagthi ha .. par wo compression ki wattt laga daithi ha .. usay use na karo .. the most important thing .. hope u got it ..

    also jo base gasket hothi ha ... us ma paper gasket use karo .. aik hothi ha us ma metal/tin do surfaces ka bech ma sandwich hova hotha ha .. wo use na karo .. blka jo srf paper ki hothi ha wo use karo .. jo kaghaz ki tara bend our rol ho jathi ha .. wo use karo .. jo metalic hothi ha wo roll nai hothi like paper .. wo moti hothi ha .. us sa apka piston fully bahir nai hoga our compression ratio severly kharab ho jaya gi ..

    .. our u must use curil .. us ka baghair na lagavo ..
    ask mechanic that u want to use curil .. at base gasket and heat gasket .. this will make an awesome seal .. else u will have issues in leaked seals ..

    baki agar ho saka tho . portain bhi kuli karva lo .. i think mechanic woi bta raha hoga .. its called porting .. it if done correctly increases air flow and hence bikes performance ..

    whats curli and how to do porting. i bought the stuff from mohammadi . abhi cam aur rocker lene hain aur timing chain waghera b. rest i have got ish piston kit set , made in malaisia , valves valve seals ISH , jain kit side jain oil jaali .posting pics too.

    its curil a sealant .. that will hold the mating surfaces tight esp the gasket .. it will compensate for small imperfactions in the mating surface ./.

    porting is complex thing .. by default jo company head banathi ha wo die cast hotha ha . and there are small areas that disrupt the normal flow of air/fuel .. har bike ka ports ko company manually fine tune nai kar sakthi .. kharadia will fine tune it . so there is little opposition to flow of air ..

    do it from mohamdi kharadia .. he seems a bit knowledgable guy .. and do take a lot of pics of ur work ..

    now me waiting for pics .. esp of the half kit .. the gaskets ..

    yup piston is flat and pockets are there ,1 is smaller 1 is bit larger. my mechanic is going for an altration in valves.lets hope for the best.

    normally hero compresses air/fuel to 8.6 to 1 ratio .. and it can go to 12 for race motorcycles .. for normal bikes its ok .. but upto 9.5 to 1 bhoth bikes ma compression hothi ha ..

    bas agar piston ma pockets hain and its for ur bike then its ok ..

    alteration ma ya bhoth important hotha ha.. jaisa ka meray bike ka piston abi flat ha .. jo top pa cylinder ka surface ka sath barabar hotha ha .. agar ya raised ho tho ya our bhi ziada compress kartha mixture ko our pick bhar jathi ..

    yar kam our rocker the best quality walay la lo .. warna bar bar tappet adjustment karni paray gi .. meray dhoom ka bhot poor quality ka rocker thay .. 800 -1200 km ka baad bhot loose ho jathay tha .. and bike kar kar karthi thi...

    jabka ya jo china 107 ka jo head ha uskay kia rocker arm hain.. 4000 km chalnay ka baad inn ki adjustment ki zarorath pari thi .. abi ma na uskay bad koi 5000 km chalai ha laikin jab ma na tappet check kia tha .. blkul perfect thay ..


    so buy best quality rocker arms ..



    timing chain bhi agar achi la lo tho acha ha .. kionka ya aisi chez ha ka isko laganay ka lia head kholna paray ga.. is lia iss ma masla bardasht nai hotha ..


    laikin china wali bhi agar la lo tho bura nai ...

    mechanic sa poch lo ..

    only buy it from mohamdi .. not anyone .. there are fakes .. one of my friend was swindeled by honda quick .. he sold all fakes in the name of janyan.. fakes pa honda ka logo zara out of proportion hotha ha ..

    y u changing the timing chain ? if its not to stretched or worn .. then it can last antother 30-40k easily .. dont change it if its not problamatic ..

    our haan dont leave ur discared items with mechanic . take them with u and sale to any kabaria .. these mechanics then sale to others and swindle them ..

    if its ok .. i would suggest not to change it ..


    so whats the update ?

    main tho kahtha houn ka head gasket bhi apni custom banva lo .. thori bhoth CR bar jaya gi .. gawalmandi ma banatha ha .. 100 rs tak bana dai ga .. us sa kaho ka thin sa thinner gasket chaia .. that is i think .7mm thick .. as opposed to 1.2mm of the one shown above .. and this will definitly affect the cr .. and improve ur bike performance .. jo stock bikes ma fit ho ka athi hai wo bhoth pathli hothi hain .. like .5mm ...

    cylinder is with kharadya for boring .and m keeping it stock yar . no time for that much hastel
