    Asslam-o-Alaikum:

    Iam looking forward to swap a good engine in my RP. I dont know how much heavy engine can RP's frame bear.

    hmmmmm ..... IMO ..this is not a cb200 engine ... may be from xl 180 or xl 200 but still that is also not sure... if you search this engine it do not belong to cb200 .. I dont know which bike engine it is..

    Secondly that Guy is asking a hell lot of money for an XL200. Double se bhi ziada maang raha hai.

    He is selling just engine and carb.... you will also need its CDI.
    Start from 15k and end at 20k max. Is say uper ka nahi hai karachi mein.

    163ML 16hp 200cc engine which is used in Rickshaw abundantly in Pakistan is bolt on fit-able to RP125 and gives a lead of 5HP to stock bike.

    (1)Adopt Special Type of Clutch Plate with Special Type of Oil-resistant Rubber and Colophony to prolong the using life of Clutch plate 20%more than normal Clutch Plate. (Six pole and six patch, normally four pole and five patch).

    (2)Adopt Newly Designed Piston――Even-coping Pottery-plated Piston.
    Main advantages as followed:
    A.Much lighter and more lubricative. Excellent performance in reducing the friction and optimizing the power output.
    B.Improve burning environment of the mixed gas and strengthen the torque at lower and middle speed.
    C.Newly advanced manufacturing techniques have been adopted for high quality piston. It has excellent performance in preventing heat leak into the bottom in order to prolong the using life of the piston and piston rings.
    (3)Adopt Special Type of Piston Ring (CRY) with two special metals: Cr & Nb to enforce the intensity.
    (4)Adopt double-modulus Main Shaft and double-modulus Countershaft to enhance the gears, to enlarge the transmission ratio, to strengthen the anti-wallop ability. It has excellent performance in prolonging the using life of engine.


    these qualities are not included in locally manufactured 200cc rickshaw engine...

    One of friends put this engine in his HERO 125. He swears by it, enjoys it on his long trips to NA for last couple of years.

    When I said..... yeh engine kuch dekha dekha lag raha hai ........ I was referring to a rickshaw engine

    Yaar these engines are quite torquey. Infact I checked..... this particular unit dishes out amazing 15 newton meters of torque. Thats quite alot if you consider that an XL180s (AKA CB180) produces 12 N.M of torque and the infamous XL200R (AKA CB200) produces 13 NM of torque. Impressive performance figure. The question is..... what was the landed cost?

    thats like news to me all I know its a rickshaw engine ...

    many companies are making / assembling this engine locally now with a very low grade aluminium and cast alloys and selling an minimum of 38k~50k, and in order to import a 200cc the import customs and duty is around 12$ per cc so the engine price goes out of range.

    I thank to mr @angel82 to use his some of a very high profile connections to get it home in under 22k landing price 25k including every thing and making us swiftly escape the whooping customs.

    We will be receiving 250cc 20HP 20Torque by tomorrow under same order InshAllah as well.

    the best part is that the local engine are not well engineered but If I read its booklet even they have used a DID Over head Chain to make sure nothing goes wrong on long run ...

    its a china Lifan engine imported from China and no fan will be installed as engine regulate and control fan autmatically specially when stucked in traffic..

    bro its mean the engine of yello cab rakshaws can be fit bolt to bolt in rp 125 which is available in pakistan

    Waisay isnt $12 per cc custom for the whole motorcycle..... I think this engine could be imported as spares and motorcycle spares duty is 35% as per Custom Tariff 2013-14. Im not sure in which category do engines fall into....but a complete frame falls into spare category.

    As these engines have to handle a lot of weight.... they need to have torque...... on a 100kg 2 wheeler it will be a NUKE. Bas gear ratio theek hoon tow top speed tow 140-150km/hr tak tow hogi he hogi minimum.
