Yar Ravi if well maintained will achieve 45Km+
It is one of the most fuel efficient euro2 125cc out there
Just buy it without any second thought
But remember, it will give that mileage only if you maintain it well

Ravi claims a mileage of 60km/lt but you should not expect this mileage
you can expect 40km/lt as its heavy 125cc engine won't be economical
and overall Ravi Piaggio is good choice and a good bike

A maintained bike is one which is tuned as par company recommendations
valves are set to right settings and carburetor settings are not disturbed
and its air fitler is cleaned regularly and oil is changed on time and regular inspection & lubrications
    of components as chain,clutch..etc

Kasa bike ha? My friend had one, he bought it brand new but later sold it in under an year. Reason? According to him his bike was giving him A LOT of problems and wasn't returning good fuel mileage. He had bought it for Rs.100,000 but had to sell it for just Rs.40,000. Quite a huge loss as they've very poor resell value. Even poorer then GS150 or Chinese 70cc bikes.
Secondly, if you're from Lahore then simply visit Lahore Hotel and chances are; you'll see LOTS of used Storms for sale. In fact, I've seen more Storms then Deluxes when I visited last month! And what bike you see more often on roads? Definately Deluxe.
Trust me, don't buy this bike. But if you're going to buy anyway then buy used. You won't loss as much. A good condition Storm with low km can be had for around $45,000. Spending a lack over one isn't a sound decision in my humble opinion.
    Good Luck.
