    FAULTS FOUND SO FAR :

1 - The rear Chain Cover is too delicate for the Chain Terrainn and is reported to become a mesh of plastic if chain is lose and hits it.

2 - Rear Tyre is used of Service and is reported to slip side ways on hard braking instead of actually griping the road

3 - Vibrations in faulty pieces of bikes have been reported and those bikes had to be send back to Production assembly of factroy to change there frames (WOW now this is serious)

4 - Lose nuts and bolts are common in brand new bikes. (well that is almost in all manufacturers)

5 - According to Bilal Autos ... A huge complaint flood of rectifiers has been served these days bikes sold in last few months 60% of them were reported to fail charging afet a week of use ... (6-8-2014)

6 - Shock abosrber Sring snaps - around 10 % claims arrived at Bilal autos were of Rear SHock Springs which got snapped when Pillion riding... Ravi Autos failed to provide Claimed Shocks or Spring due to shortage, so owner of Bilal autos has made cumtom made springs which are gaurantted for life time and will not snap.. lol

PS.. Dont think I am marketing Bilal Autos I just happen to visit it last day lol ha ha haah .... (6-8-2014)

@vickytulla do u know a good mechanic / technician in LHR who can make slight modifications to Storm 125? Basically I need to make it look more like a trail (raised front mudguard, raised handle, remove back mudflap, increase height).

AOA fellas, i have kept Gs150 in the past completed more than 42000 kms on it and let me tell you its been a love/hate relationship, except its engine everything else keeps me at suzuki workshop all the time. Now i need a new bike but I want something that is reliable and something that doesnt get broke all the time and that looks good as well; would you suggest piaggio storm to be such a bike? Is Piaggio Storm reliable in terms of engine, chasis, electronics etc etc. Your expert opinion means much and will probably save me from committing a suicide in future

Vibrations at what speed vibrations were reported ? i just bought 2014 model of ravi piaggio .... initially i was looking to buy GS-150 but some how couldnt resist and bought piaggio again. Earlier I searched market and came to know of the same problem with frames in suzuki bikes from some people.

My piaggio is in running period, just done some 10 Kms till now and battery is charging , rear shocks and chain cover r not the issues im worried about , for rear tyre im already planing to change to 100-90 or 110-90 size dunlop but frame issues are pretty serious and i just hope and pray that my bike would be fine once i take it over 60-70 km/hr.

Can anyone suggest a good mechanic for ravi piaggio in lahore ? i live in PCSIR-2 near wapda town.

Well up til now i've no major issue with my 2014 piaggio. The only viberation i noticed is of feul tank, that can b reduced by placing extra piece of rubber along with support block.
Initially chain was touching chain cover and making khtk sound on pillion ride but now its gone, n thats i think cz of constant rubbing...and once or twice the air lock type things... No other issue so far

"love/hate relationship" I HEAR YOU LOUD BRUUUHH!
thats what it is with GS150 and in the end you wanna say goodbye (i prefer sionara in violent way) and blow it up! coz you love your pocket more. we can better categorize this bike as pround and nakhra bike only for extreme lovers.

I have exactly same issues... exactly.... except its engine, everything else is seriously pathetic. I also have frame alignment issue (not much bit it bothers me all the time).
