    I bought this bike a month back from @omer85 as he has done some major experiments on it to make it look this way including engine swap to bigger Thumper (200cc).

    Have upgraded few bits and pieces and will be posting all the moderation I will do on this bike in this thread from now on.

    Bike Received on 16-2-2014 from Islamabad :

    Finally got some time on Eid Vacations... cleaned the Ride to useable condition again ....

    @vickytulla! MaShaALLAH brother. She looks gorgeous.

    So after all this time, how about some detailed impressions about the engine? Especially a mileage counter. Also, what engine oil you are using these days?

    I didn't notice the all new "tail" there Where did you get it from?

    bilal, 150cc 4 valve come very few and rarely and when ever they come they are sold on gold price. Last time I remember I saw an XL250 engine sold for 90thousand without and gaurantee that it would actually wok.

    abobi bhai first impression was quite bad, bike was power full did showed top speed, but was heating due to small radiator which I installed in the start, but then mechnics and experts pushed me to use its stock radiator and after that I never saw it heating again.


    1 - around 60% increase in Horse Power : Stock RP is hardly 11HP or even less by the time where as this engine with same (say less) weight produces 17hp on final drive

    2 - 65.2% increase in Torques and damn it Picks up so good k paisy poray ker deti hain ... now it has 15.2 N?m of Torques where as old stock RP engine had only 9.2 n.m produced by 125cc engine, even in 5th gear if I throattle hard to Bike Mon utha ker aesy bhagti hai k u can easily feel that front feel is hardly touching and guiding the bike to a straight line.. Jesay he Race Choro tu Bike ka mon aik dum neechay ajata hai ...

    3 - Cooling System Advantage, Traffic Jams are no worries now Bike Radiotor Cooling system is actually a Cannon in place of where on a hand knife would have worked... I mean Ye engine itni heat produce kerta he nahi jitna pani isko jaldi thanda ker deta hai ... after adding Water Coolant I noticed that now the engine goes to its ambient temprature or above when used hard werna thanda he rehta tha..

    BAD POINTS:

    1 - Bad Clutch - It sounds and do not engages as smooth as a new Brand engine Clutcvh should be - Will replace it one day (Its cheap and avaiable easily )

    2 - Lose Bolts I found out magnet side tappa bolts wnet loose and oil started to seap I tighted it but dut to oil the jain needs to be treplaces as well..

    3 - Bad Plug = China = Expected

    @vickytulla ! Glad to hear some very positive responses.

    I have been reading a little about the Suzuki's GW250 ... just for the kicks of it. And was just wondering ... why would anyone in his right mind would pay 750k for that bike? Just a quick question. What do you reckon GW250's engine would cost? Just wondering ... and thinking to compare the price with this (your) engine. How much was yours? 30k?

    vickytulla the engine you swapped in your rp does it have the same stoke as cg/rp or the stoke is different

    1 - I bought it for 25k brand new pin pack pics of box opening shared here, in market its prices range from 25k to 45k (latest increase - prev highest was 38k) depending upon the quality of the given 200cc model.
    2 - any japanese 250cc used engine in used market ranges from 15k to 2lakh depending on which bike engine it actually is if you buy a 250cc GSX/FZR/CBR engine from 90s~80s era it costs from 25k to 40k where as single piston 250cc japani engine like SR250 or GN250 cost some where around 7k to 15k, but latest EFI 250cc engine from bikes after 2000 model cost above 90k to 2Lakh...

    If I am dieing to get a GW250 engine and luckily a used engine arrives in market I would be happily buy it any where under 1lakh.
    Brand new ki kya cost ho gee ya brand new milay ga bhi ya nahi I have no idea.

    you are 100% correct also its indicator needs to be adjusted some where else front walay becuase wind screen hides them, raditor harness is still with weldor I was unable to go to him and spend a whole day to get it fixed....

    the engine you swapped in your rp is it a big bored cg as you said it cg replica or the bore and stoke of engine is different

    if bore is big then mathematically it should lead to different B X S ratio kiya khyal hai ?
