    I bought this bike a month back from @omer85 as he has done some major experiments on it to make it look this way including engine swap to bigger Thumper (200cc).

    Have upgraded few bits and pieces and will be posting all the moderation I will do on this bike in this thread from now on.

    Sir I second your statement regarding thinking out of box, since according to him if I don't swap the whole magnetto I'll never achieve a full charged and will face discharged battery on full load i.e headlight etc. Since I'll be doing the thinking part and lack experience in it, what you just said above means I should opt for a 5 wire rectifier? Is the sazgar one available with 5? I remember using a 3 wire one which was CD 70 in the very beginning suggestion of an ustad, it could not keep the bike start as soon as I disconnected the battery the current 5 wire one keeps it on if I hold the throttle at 1-5k rpm (assuming the rpm). Since I did the voltage test myself as well I got the following reading 12.6 at idle which keeps dropping then if I rev a little it goes towards 12.8-9 and 13.2-5 on full open throttle without anyload. When I install sazgar or any other rectifier will I be able to achieve a higher current? Let's say of 14? Or is my rectifier fine and is the coil causing that?

    he is right on his part actually, he is not thinking to take the pain to enhance the poser of stator enough to coupe with requirement [Battery Charging + Head Lamp].
    But we can have a better work around...

    Sazgar or i should say CG200 engine always have a 5 wire Rectifier (atleast in all famous cases i.e. meezan, sazgar, stahlco,... bla bla bla)

    If its already spitting out this good current and still your battery gets drained, if the bike is not idling properly that might be due to setting of point which needs attention it should Idle properly...

    And I would recomend to switch to a LED Type Front beam which are quite common these days have very Good light almost comparable to HID but very low voltage and dont drain batter at all...

    this is kind of a hit and try when you are testing differnt options ... I am not sure about your stators health... ager wo theek hai tu then it should create more current.

    in worst case I must say, CD200 stator has more Coils in it and produces way more amps the 185 stator, if you land a deal in some where around 2~3k only for a complete assembly then it can be a good Idea ...

    My RP has done 1200km almost .. When i got tuning on 1000 km, at first it did 110- 112 ( 2 times ) .. But now it goes max 100 .. And needle gets stucked on 100 at high speed, doesnt even moves a millimeter .. :-( .. Idk whats happening .. :-/

    my bike was able to do 120 any time after first tune up and after 2nd one, 110 max and the problem i found was tappet, our mechanics does't use feeler gauge while adjusting them so forced the mechanic to use 0.8mm feeler gauge and right after that bike is back in action
    And a few more things, did ur mechanic done anything to carburetor or have he cleaned the chain properly, do check tire pressure, and at what rpm u change gears and do each speed test in both direction.

    @vickytulla bro I have a question why mechanic remove the spark plug when adjusting valve clearence? Does spark plug ignite when they spin the flywheel.

    removing spark plug does't let the engine create any compression so its easy to rotate flywheel this way and as long as the ignition is off plugs cannot ignite.

    Em not satisfied of my 2015 RP Sound .. I'm thinking to put an exhaust .. But em confused thay its sound may burst .. Eg sound of 90s pointer .. Neither i know which exhaust to put on it .. Plz suggest me good bass exhausts with price please ..

    bro new RP has already a big note exhaust, i dnt think it further needs to be changed, stock is very beautiful
