    I bought this bike a month back from @omer85 as he has done some major experiments on it to make it look this way including engine swap to bigger Thumper (200cc).

    Have upgraded few bits and pieces and will be posting all the moderation I will do on this bike in this thread from now on.

    Bike Received on 16-2-2014 from Islamabad :

    Waqar bhai khubsurat kam . Shaa gye o tusi. I have few questions. Is rear mudguard available? I also removed decals can we source decals only?

    rear mudgaurd used men chitaa/azam or ye denters weghara k pass ho ga lazmi.. unka rate apky kapray or apki stylishness k mutabik hota hai..

    Decals can be made by help of any truck decorator..

    I have to make some Custom decals too like "Built not bought" type.. have to find some spare time for that..

    a.o.a everybody

    sorry to disturb you again vicky bhai and for posting off the topic post here but nobody is replying in the dedicated thread...
    i have a problem with my ybr.... kal maine ybr ko bhagiya tu it went upto 120+kmph with 9+ rpm... but right after droping the throttle i again pushed it to her limit but it was only 105 kmph .... or bike kafi ghuta ghuta chal raha tha .... i have installed brand new air filter... and irridium plug... bike is also on hi octane....
    my mechanic told me that there is problem with the carburetor... bike petrol ziada khainch laiti hai due to bigger jet installed or top throttle pay dry ni kerti carburator ko.... thats why bike is having some missing issues when we push it to limits...

    he advised me to install Suzuki sprinter butterfly carburetor or honda cg125 carburator ??

    i need experts opinion what i should do ??

    your mechnic is correct bike zayda petrol khainch leti hai .. usnay desi zubaan me he sahi problem ko diagnose bilkul sahi kiya hai...

    But treatment ghalat advise kiya hai.. you bike do not need any other caburator or nay thing...

    this is called Choking on redline due to rich feul settings...

    You have lean your carburator a little .. put the bike on double stand, reve it to redline in neutral (bike should hit 11.5+RPM) if not lean more untill it starts to redline instantly..

    zyada lean ker diya tu phir bhi it will not go redline or go very lazyily ... so one has to set it very carefully..

    once done redline it for atleast 2 seconds.. bike will vibrate like hell on stand.. switch it off and remove plug instantlywith plud wrench it will be hot so do it carefully
    see plug color it would be radiant and orange like red... with no white blisters... or no dark black blisters..

    if there are dark black blisters lean it more.. if there are white blisters rich it a little.. once its proper red.. BINGO

    not test bike will surprise you hope fully unless it has nothing else going wrong..

    he also called the guy whom he installed 200cc sazgar rickshaw carb.... the pick was very nice and bike was achieving 130 kmph as per the owner of the bike... and average was claimed to be 45 kmpl..... .

    as u have brewing experience in biking ... therefore im disturbing you once again and im seeking your esteemed guidance on this matter....
