RP has a flat head piston where as CG has a Dome Type Piston.

Problem is the position of the needle which remains same whether the tank is on reserve petrol or filled with 500rs of petrol will share a pic tomorrow.
If both have same piston how come RP has less vibration as compared to cg and r u sure that both piston have same material.

    Congrats bro

Have a question for you. What is your experience in riding this bike in areas flooded with traffic ? Is it easy to handle in traffic ?

In the beginning bike feels quite heavy u can't lean this bike much as compared to CG and due to its new riding posture u might feel stress on ur shoulders specially while going trough heavy traffic but after a week or two u will get used to and i can promise that u will love the riding posture of this bike and after that no other local bike will give u that feeling... i,m in love with this bike now i can also wave through heavy traffic and i don,t feel stress any more...

Thanks for the reply bro. Riding my dads 125 these days and I hate its vibration and stuff. Piaggio seems a good option. The resale value has also increased slightly and should improve overtime.

Parts and mechanics remain an issue but then again you don't need them everyday. Such issues will remain there as long as Honda has its monopoly.

Going to buy mine soon In Shaa Allah

This new model is better far better than the previous model specially in looks and drive and they have sorted out some issues but some minor issues still need some attention. If u have such a nice ride u will not care much about these small issues so boy go for it u will love this new model

I never said both have same Pistons ? where did I said both bikes piston have same material ?

Piaggio has less vibrations due to many factors not only due to Piston any ways.

I dont know the whole science may be some engineer who designed this engine can give a exact info who they damp vibration of engine in RP..

But all I can tell you is that RP has Different valves, Different crank, different cam, has autoadjustable screw heads on tappets with extra steal cushion which rotates its face automatically according to vales postion some thing very unque to RP ... different gear box and bulky frame which eats most of the vibration which might come from engine..

There is a thing in gd110 , the piston is made of light weight alloy and size of piston is small and bore is deeper which cause less vibration is this feature available in RP
