Default Some questions regarding Ravi Piaggio..

    AOA

I'm planning to buy a bike for my daily routine. I have 75k to 80k budget and I have to travel 50-60KM daily. I have three main concerns.
    - Is Ravi Piaggio vibration less bike?
    - Consumption wise? I need Min 40km/L.
    - Does it require lot of maintenance?

What model should I expect in my budget? Thank you in advance

Piaggio is almost vibrationless till 80km/h after that some noticeable vibration and after 100 a little annoying vibration. Use liqui moly 10-40w this oil has made my bike very smooth even at 90km/h.
you can easily get 45km/l with normal driving, and in relax mode you can easily achieve 50km/l.
Maintenance is normal, like if you keep good care of your bike. but if u r going to abuse this bike than your maintenance cost will go very high.
i will suggest you to buy brand new road prince piaggio as brand new bikes can easily survive 1 to 2 years without any problem while buying a 1 or 2 years old bike means that you will have to spend some money on regular basis to keep it in good shape. road prince bike is 1lac 4 thousand. but if you can't than buy 2014 model the one with new features.

Thank you for such valuable suggestions.
I'm very much confused between two brands. Suzuki 150 and Piaggio 125. I test drive both. Both are wonderful bikes but as far as my budget allows most friends suggest that having a new Piaggio has no value because claiming warranty for parts is very difficult

While as GS150 is a bit easy in maintenance and will not disturb me for a long time. I keep things in a good shape so in two three days I will makeup my mind for either GS150 or Piaggio 125.

    Waiting for some more suggestions

GS150 is a good bike if you want just power than go 4 GS150, but if u want good looks, features, fuel economy, riding pleasure and cheap maintenance than go 4 piaggio. Now road prince has also launched this bike so expect better parts availability and resale in coming years. + piaggio have many parts that are similar to either cg or deluxe.

Piaggio will be a good choice if economy and comfort is concerned.
You shoudnt go for brand new Ravi Piaggio due to its poor resale else find some less driven RP in immaculate condition. This will save some of ur bucks.
Keeping in mind GS and RP both have less resale values and according to my experience with RP, it has less maintenence cost. The only annoying this is lack of spare parts availability but it would be compensated by Road Prince bcz they have launched ditto copy so IA so there will be no issue of parts in future.
